- Step 1 - Initial interview and discussion with plaintiff or attorney.
- Step 2 - Client information is provided by attorney's firm (secretary, paralegal or associate).
- Step 3 - If the case is approved for funding, an offer* will be made by telephone to client or attorney depending on who is seeking funding.
- Step 4 - If the offer is accepted, a funding agreement is forwarded to attorney's firm.
- Step 5 - Once, the funding agreement is properly executed and returned, a check is sent via next day mail.
* If approved, Client/Attorney is under no obligation to accept funding.
Client/Attorney also has the option to request less money than is offered, subject to minimum funding limits.
